Heard Sri Shashi Saurabh Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Girjesh Kumar Dwivedi, learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This petition has been filed seeking following main relief:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to the opposite party No.2 & 3 to assure fair proper and unbiased investigation in F.I.R. No.08 of 2024 lodged on 03.01.2024 U/s 406, 420, 504, 506 IPC at Police Station Para, District Lucknow within stipulated period, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 23.09.2025 received from Sri Munna Lal, Sub Inspector, Police Station Para, District Lucknow, which is taken on record, as well as instructions received on his whatsapp by Pairokar of the concerned Police Station, submits that charge sheet No.A-49 of 2024 dated 17.02.2024 was forwarded to the concerned Court, however, subsequently on an order for further investigation, the further investigation was conducted and after conclusion of the further investigation, the earlier Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Shashi Saurabh Tiwari Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Ritambhara Bhatt .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Deptt. Civil Sectt. Lko. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) charge sheet has been supported and the same has been forwarded to the Supervisory Authority vide letter dated 20.05.2025. 4.
