Heard, Sri M.Solomon Raju, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 and Sri K.K.Durga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for TUDA appearing for the respondent Nos.3 & 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been in possession and enjoyment of an extent of Ac.2.75 cents; Ac.2.40 cents and Ac.2.78 cents in survey Nos.238-3, 241-2 and 241-3 in Chevireddypalli Revenue Village, Venkatagiri Mandal, Tirupathi District, of which the lands in Sy.Nos.238-3 and 241-3 have been acquired through inheritance and whereas the land in Sy.No.241-2 was assigned in favour of the petitioner’s father. Learned Standing Counsel for TUDA appearing for the respondent Nos.3 & 4, on instructions, submits that so far as the lands in Sy.Nos.238-3 and 241-3 are concerned, they are shown to be the Government lands and so far as the land in Sy.No.241-2 is to be an assigned land, and that the respondents are not interfering with the same, however, in case, if the respondents need the aforesaid lands, necessary steps would be taken in accordance with law for acquiring the same. »—- \ \ 3. 4. 3 HCGR,J W.P.No.14094 of 2025 In view of the aforesaid submissions, the Court is of the opinion that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondents to follow due process of law.
