Hon'ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Order on Board NIRMALA RAO 2 28.08.2025 1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner even when the case is taken up for hearing in the second round. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs: “(1) The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of certiorar quashing the impugned order dated 22.3.2019 contained in Annx.P/5, passed by the learned Tribunal and the order dated 9.8.2018 contained in Annx.P/3, passed by the respondent No.2, both are liable to be set aside. (2) Any other reliefs which this Hon'ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case, may also be granted to the Petitioner together with the cost of this writ petition.” 3. The Regional Transport Authority, Division Durg, vide order dated 9.8.2018, granted a permit to ply vehicle bearing registration No.CG- 08 M 6633 from Rajnandgaon to Dalli Rajhara. Against the said order, a revision was preferred before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, which was dismissed vide order dated 22.3.2019. 4. According to the order dated 9.8.2018, the permit was granted in favour of respondent No.4 for a period of five years according to the provisions of Rule 77 of Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994 and the said period has already expired. 5.
