This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari q) to declare the action of the respondents as arbitrary in the Impugned
Order dated 20.03.2019 passed by the Honble Judicial Magistrate First Class Puttur in matter of RCS No.5/2017 in crime case 20/2012 at Naraynanavanm police station and to set aside the same. b) to direct for release the surety bail bond of accused A-3 i.e. (present Petitioner No.1) in matter of RCS No.5/2017 in crime case 20/2012 of Narayanavanm police station.....…”
2. Heard Sri Ashish Rajesh Agarwal, Party-in-Person and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader.
3. Sri Ashish Rajesh Agarwal, Party-in-Person , would submit that no further orders are required to passed in this matter since no further investigation is directed by the Court and would also submits that no case against the petitioners is registered since it is a matter of civil in nature.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of. However, regarding the surety amount, the petitioners shall workout their remedies before the Court where the deposit is made. The learned trial Judge

may take appropriate decision according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
