EREjRE`egys:: I:. ` ` + ¥ THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 5763/2025 ORDER: This Criminal Petition under section 482 of B.N.S.S., is filed by the petitioners herein/Al to A5 seeking {o grant anticipatory bail in FIR No.14 of 2025 of Anakapalli Police Station, Anakapalli District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115 (2),118(1 ), 351 (2) r/w BNS. 2. Brief facts of the prosecution arethat, on 14.01.2025 at ll pm, atussle took place between the defacto complainant's brother and the lst petitioner/A- 1. After knowing about the incI-dent, the defacto complainant went to the scene of offence and noticed that that the petitioners 1 & 2 /A-1 & A-2 and others were attempting to stab and beat his brother, while trying to rescue hI'S brother, the de-facto complainant also sustained injuries. It is further alleged that they have also taken his gold chaI-n. Hence, the FIR. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. P. Akhila Naidu, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the defacto complainan{ and petitioners 1 and 2 belongs to same region and they know themselves with each other. He submits that due to personal egos between the petitioners 1 and 2 and defacto complainantJs brother, the disputes have cropped up among the defacto complainantJs family and accused No.1, as such, at the political instances, the present FIR was emanated. 5. On the contrary, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor states that there are specific allegations against the petitioners 1 & 2/A-1 & A-2 and investigation also reveals about their connec{ivity along with the other PetI'tiOnerS 3 to 5/A-3 to A-5 in the offences on hand.
