To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding / directing the opposite parties to promote the petitioner from the post of Section Officer to the post of Under Secretary in the office of opposite party no.2 since when the junior of the petitioner has been promoted, in the interest of justice." 3.
