Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who at the outset submits that the respondents had passed the order dated 14th November, 2025 in terms of the order passed by the High Court in Writ-A No. 10821 of 2025 (Jai Dutt Bhat V. Union of India Through Ministry of Defence & Another), however, it is pointed out that the order of the High Court does not find mention in the said order. Be that as it may, since the order has been passed, accordingly, at this stage, there does not appear to be any case made out, however, the liberty is available to the petitioner to assail the order dated 14th November, 2025 before the appropriate Authority.
