None is present on behalf of the petitioner whereas, learned A.G.A for the State is present. 3. This petition has been filed with following main prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties specially police authorities to take an appropriate decision on the application on dated 27.08.2025 moved by the petitioner (ANNEXURE No. 1) pending before him forthwith in the interest of justice." 3. On previous occasion also, no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, this case was directed to be listed in the next cause list, as fresh. 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, submitted that the petitioner has an alternative statutory remedy under the B.N.S.S, 2023. Even otherwise, the application moved by the petitioner dated 27.08.2025 is in retaliation to F.I.R lodged against family members of the petitioner. 5. In view of above, the petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative and statutory remedy.
