This application is filed for impleading the opposite party Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 as respondents in the accompanying writ petition, more so, in view of the order passed by this Court dated 19.06.2025 in the accompanying writ petition.
2. The respondents in the instant proceedings have no objection to the instant application.
3. Considering the above, this Court, therefore, impleads the opposite party Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 as respondent Nos. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 respectively in the accompanying writ petition.
4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants is
directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of
Page No.# 3/3 this Court by 26.09.2025 and on the basis of the instant order as well as the fresh memo of parties, the Registry shall make necessary correction in the cause title as well as update the same in the CIS.
5. With the above, the instant Interlocutory Application stands allowed.
