A joint memo is filed and it is singed by the petitioner, respondent and their respective counsel. As per terms of said joint memo, the matter is settled for Rs.3,00,000/-. Out of the said Rs.3,00,000/- petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- before the trial Court. Petitioner has no objection for respondent – complainant withdrawing the amount in deposit before the trial Court. Petitioner has agreed to pay the balance amount of Rs.1,80,000/- in 3 installments of Rs.60,000/- each. First of the three installments is to be paid on 15.07.2025, second on 05.09.2025 and third on 05.11.2025. If the petitioner pays the balance amount as agreed in three installments, there is no need for him to pay fine of Rs.10,000/- which has been ordered to be defrayed to the State. In view of the settlement of the matter between the parties revision petition is disposed of as offence is compounded. Respondent – complainant is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- deposited by the petitioner before the trial Court. Respondent – complainant shall furnish his bank account details to the trial Court to enable the trial Court to transfer the amount in deposit to the bank account of the respondent directly.
