Learned counsel Sri Praveen S for the complainant is present before the Court physically and fairly submits that the order passed by the learned single Judge in the aforesaid writ petition has been complied by the respondent-State. This submission is taken on record. 3. Learned AGA for accused submits affidavit in compliance of the order passed by the learned single Judge has - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:14746-DB CCC No. 313 of 2023 been filed on 05.07.2023. The affidavit consists paragraphs 1 to 5. In paragraph 3 of the affidavit it is stated that the application made by the complainant for grant of Arms License in terms of Form No.3 was considered and the same was granted. The said grant of license is subject to certain terms and conditions, as mentioned in the license. A copy of Official Memorandum dated 01.07.2023 is produced as Annexure-R1. 4. Keeping in view the submission made by learned counsel for the parties and the compliance affidavit filed by the State, this contempt petition does not arise for consideration.
