ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer:
“a. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondent bank to unfreeze the account maintained by petitioner bearing customer/account No.
110183860998. b. Issue any other appropriate writ, order or direction, as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the
facts and circumstances of the case,
c. And issue such other directions as deemed fit in the
facts and circumstances of the present case.”
2. Heard Sri Muhammed Shamil, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Vignesh Shetty, learned counsel for respondent.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he is a student and the entire account of the petitioner is frozen on account of a communication from the Cyber Crime Police, Gujarat. The e-mail communication depicts that the disputed amount that has fallen into the account of the petitioner is Rs.75,000/-.

4. In that light, I deem it appropriate to direct defreezing of the account of the petitioner on marking of a lien of Rs.75,000/-. Defreezement of the account shall be done forthwith and the petitioner shall be permitted to operate the account as it was being operated prior to such freezement, subject to the aforesaid condition, without brooking any delay.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands
disposed.
