JUSTICE SHAMIMA JAHAN ORDER 26.09.2025 Heard Mr. F. Haque, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Sharma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Page No.# 2/3 By this application, the petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Sonari P.S Case No. 84/2025 registered under Section 87 of the BNS, 2023. The FIR dated 20.08.2025 reveals that the petitioner went to the house of the informant with a marriage proposal with his daughter but since the daughter had not attained the marriageable age, the informant told the petitioner that once his daughter becomes major, they will get them married. However, it is stated in the FIR that on 18.09.2025, the petitioner enticed with a false promise and kidnapped the daughter of the victim and took her to his own house. Mr. Haque, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was in fact a love relationship between the petitioner and the daughter of the informant and that the daughter of the informant went to the house of the petitioner and it was the parents of the petitioner who handed over the victim to the informant. Mr. B. Sharma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor however submits that the victim is a minor and that the allegations against the petitioner that he enticed the victim and took her to his house is of a serious nature. I have heard the counsels and I have gone through the records and upon consideration of the submissions made at the bar and on perusal of the Page No.# 3/3 forwarding report as well as the FIR, this Court finds it fit that the petitioner may be released on pre arrest bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with one (1) local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the CJM, Sonari, Charaideo under the following conditions:- 1.
