The petitioners have filed the present petition for directing the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to close the stone crusher situated in between village Chamalwas (Tabela) and village Chapnari, Tehsil Banihar, on the bank of river Bishlari, being operated by the respondent Nos. 6 and 7. 2. The petitioners claim to have filed a representation with the respondent No. 5. It is urged by the petitioners that the same has not been decided by the respondent No. 5. 3. Issue notice to the respondents. 4. Mr. Vishal Bharti, learned Dy. AG waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3. The petitioners have placed on record the representation as Annexure- 1 to the writ petition and it appears that the same has not been decided by the respondent No. 5. 6. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 5 to consider and decide the representation stated to have been filed by the petitioners, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties. The entire exercise shall be completed by the respondent No. 5 within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the respondent No. 5. 7.
