No.618 of 2025. 2.The cases in C.C.Nos. 13, 17 of 2024 and 26 of 2025 was taken on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirukkuvalai, Thirukkuvalai Taluk, Nagapattinam, for the alleged offence under Section 379 of I.P.C or Sections 379, 489 and 34 of IPC as the case may be. In all these cases, it is reported that the property involved in this case has been recovered and handed over to the defacto-complainant respectively. The defacto- complainant does not want to pursue the case any further. It is reported that the accused has been attending the Court regularly. There is no previous or subsequent previous case against the accused in all these cases.
