The said counter affidavit is not on record. Office to restore the same on record. However, the Court has perused the copy of the counter affidavit dated 18.08.2025 handed over to the Court by the Additional Government Advocate. The counter affidavit states that the minor girl has already been recovered and her custody has been handed over to her mother. In her statement under Section 183 BNSS, the girl has stated that she had voluntarily left her home and stayed with one Gyanu Bhagat, whom she has married. As no one appears for the petitioners, it appears that petitioners are not more interested in prosecuting the present petition. The petition is dismissed.
