It is submitted that Abida Khatun – claimant No. 3 is not the daughter of the deceased but the sister of the deceased. However in paragraph 5, while describing the claimant No. 3 – Abida Khatun, it has been described as she is one of the children of the deceased. Also heard Shri R. Goswami, learned counsel for the Magma HDI General Insurance Company Ltd., who does not object to the said prayer. Considering the above, the order dated 14.06.2025 is corrected by stating that the claimant No. 3 – Abida Khatun is the sister of the deceased.
