Heard Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the behest of the 4th respondent, the police are calling the petitioner to the police station despite there being no crime registered against him. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that after receiving the report from the respondent No.3, a General Diary entry was made, an enquiry was conducted, and it was found that the dispute is civil in nature. He further submits that certain crimes are registered against the petitioner and the same are under observation. 4 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 6. Considering the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent-police are directed to follow the due process of law to call the petitioner to the police station relating to the crime registered, if any. There shall be no order as to costs.
