The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents considered the case of the petitioner and granted notional promotion by the government order in G.O.(2D)No.315 Home (Police-1A) Department dated 15.09.2025. He also produced a copy of the above government order dated 15.09.2025, before this Court. 3.
