The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer quash the order dated 23.12.2024 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No. 2, in Maintenance Case No. 2775 of 2023, whereby interim maintenance has been awarded against the applicant. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
