Hari Krishan & Anr. Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. CMP No.16119 of 2025 in Ex. Mr. Anup Rattan, Advocate General, Mr. Rajan Kahol, Mr. Vishal Panwar & Mr. B.C. Verma, Additional Advocate Generals, with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General, for the non- applicants/respondents-State. While placing on record copy of office order dated 25.09.2025, issued under the signatures of Pr. Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF), Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, states that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, higher pay has been granted to the petitioner subject to final outcome of all legal proceedings in the cases of Mohit Sharma and Hari Krishan.
