This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondents no.5 6 trying to dispossessing the petitioner from the petitioner schedule house at D.No. 1-224, Kotta Agraharam (V), Nandigam Mandal Srikakulam District AP without considering the petitioner representation dated 19.5.2025 is highly illegal, arbitrary and violation of Art. 14, 21 and 300 (A) of Constitution of India and also violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct Respondents to dispose off the petitioner representation dated 19.5.2025 to restore the petitioner house schedule property from the hands of the respondents.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the disputes between the parties are purely civil in nature. 3. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the competent civil Court where civil suit is pending between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
