The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief :- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 to expeditiously decide the revision dated 20.02.2024 filed by the petitioner under Section 41(3) of the Uttar Pradesh Planning & Development Act, 1973 read with Section 12 of the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to press this writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
