The present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C./529 BNSS has been filed to direct the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court-I, Sultanpur to decide the Criminal Misc. Case No. 583 of 2023, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., titled as Neha Singh Vs. Sandeep Singh, Police Station Ramganj, District Amethi, pending in the aforesaid Court, within stipulated period of time. 3. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution bearing No. 6189 of 2025 was filed in this Court, which was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, the same is availed by filing this instant application. 4. Looking to the purpose of the provision of Maintenance of Wives and Children provided under Section 125 Cr.P.C., and Section 144 of the BNSS, it would be expedient, if the learned Court below, where the instant matter is pending be directed to decide the aforementioned case within stipulated time.
