Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Petitioner seeks enforcement of following directions issued in Pankjakshi Sharma Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2:- “10. Consequently, in view of the aforesaid discussions made hereinabove, this Court finds merit in the instant petition and accordingly same is allowed. Office order dated 18.5.2016 (Annexure A/4) is quashed and set aside and the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of financial upgradation under ACPS (4-9-14) time scale/enhancement after her having completed nine years of service at par with her counterparts.” 2. Respondents have filed compliance affidavit. As per compliance affidavit, judgment has been complied with and the benefits 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2CWPOA No. 5952/2020 decided on 06th July 2023 2 of financial up-gradation under ACPS (4-9-14) time scale/enhancement have been granted to the petitioner; Rs.2,78,785/- have been been paid to the petitioner on 19.04.2025 as arrears on account of ACPS covering the period from 08.08.2012 to 31.03.2024: Cost of Rs.2500/- imposed in the judgment has also been paid to her. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the above fact. Learned counsel however, submits that the petitioner is entitled to be granted financial up-gradation over & above what has been granted to her. It is for the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for the redressal of her surviving grievances. 4.
