Heard Shri Anoop Vajpayee, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Alok Srivastava, the learned Standing Counsel for the State of U.P. and Shri Anuj Kumar Srivastava, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.5 and 6, who has filed his vakalatnama, which is taken on record. 2. By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of illegal encroachment made on land bearing Gata No.16110 measuring 0.0630 hectare situated in Village Patseni Nagar Kshetra, Pargana and Tehsil Sandila, Hardoi, which is recorded as Pond. 3. On the basis of instructions, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.5 and 6 has stated that SDM has issued directions to the Executive Officer for taking appropriate action for removal of encroachment and appropriate proceedings shall be instituted within a period of one month from today. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off by directing that the authority shall institute appropriate proceedings for removal of encroachment in question and the proceedings so instituted shall be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
