This Court has to prima facie be satisfied that the respondents have willfully violated the orders of this Court and on the present set of facts and circumstances, the jurisdiction of this Court in issuing a notice of contempt for 3 an incident that occurred within the State of Chhattisgarh and the subsequent events also transpired within the State of Chhattisgarh. this Court cannot entertain the contempt cases.
