HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 9574 of 2025 Court No. - 11 HON'BLE ABDUL MOIN, J.
HON'BLE MRS. BABITA RANI, J.
1. Heard.
2. At the very outset, learned AGA states that instant petition has been filed praying for taking appropriate action on the complaint dated 20.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner as per the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumar vs. State of U.P. and others - (2014) 2 SCC 1. He further submits that in pursuance of the aforesaid complaint an FIR dated 11.10.2025 has already been lodged which is also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. However, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said FIR has only been lodged as a formality.
4. Considering that as the FIR has already been lodged instant petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue other remedy as may be available to him in case he is aggrieved by the FIR being lodged in some other provisions of law rather under the provisions of law in which the petitioner wanted his FIR to be lodged.
