Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record communication dated 04.04.2025 from the Regional Manager, HRTC Rural Unit, Dhalli Shimla addressed to the Financial Advisor-cum-Chief Accounts Officer, HRTC conveying that in compliance to the judgment in question, pay of the petitioner has been fixed on actual basis instead of notional basis, arrears has been calculated amounting to Rs.1,18,175/-. Approval for drawing limit of Rs.1,18,175/- has been sought for. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of decision, the delay in making the payment was to fetch interest as mentioned in para-5 of the judgment in question. 3. The respondents to also workout & release the interest on the amount payable to the petitioner besides releasing the above amount to the petitioner. 4. At the request of learned counsel for the respondents, the matter is adjourned to 30.04.2025 for overseeing the compliance in letter and spirit. Jyotsna Rewal Dua Judge
