Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that he has submitted a representation to the Director, Women and Child Development on 17.09.2024 requesting for grant of annual increment for the period of 01.07.2023 to 30.06.2024. He further submits that the said representation is still pending and has not been decided till date. 3. Learned State counsel on instructions submit, that steps have been taken to decide the representation of the petitioner regarding the payment of annual increment from 01.07.2023 to 30.06.2024 and representation will be decided within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. In view of the submission made by learned State counsel, the writ petition is disposed off with direction to respondent No. 2 to decide representation dated 17.09.2024 within 45 days from today in accordance with law. 6.
