The court made the following ORDER:
1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. 2. This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 28.03.2024 passed by

this Court in W.P. No. 32764 of 2023, wherein it was stated as follows:
"Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the following directions: The impugned proceedings issued by respondent No. 2 vide Ref. No. 1(2)/258/2023, dated 14.11.2023, are hereby set aside. The respondents shall release the seized stock to the petitioner upon furnishing personal or third-party immovable property security equivalent to the value of the seized stock, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the petitioner shall undertake not to alienate the property offered as security until the completion of 6A proceedings or for a period of 90 days, whichever is earlier. 3. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that this Court directed the petitioner to furnish surety equivalent to the value of the seized stock and that, upon receipt of such surety, the respondents would release the stock to the petitioner. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to furnish surety/third-party surety for the

release of the seized stock in compliance with the Court’s order referred to above. 5.
The learned counsel for the respondents reiterated that upon submission of the surety, the respondents are ready to release the stock as directed by this Court. 6. In view of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, it appears that the petitioner is ready to furnish the required surety, and the respondents have confirmed that they are also to release the stock upon receipt of the same. Accordingly, both parties are directed to comply with respective direction of the Court’s order dated 28.03.2024. In view of the mutual understanding of both the parties, the order of this court is complied with as per the agreed terms as observed above. 7. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
