We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State Respondents and Sri Mohan Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No.5/Gram Sabha. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the opposite No. 3 to decide the application dated 27.11.2025 made by the Petitioners with a prayer that they may permitted to make roof over the their completed walls over the land Gata No. 10 situate at Village Nansa Mugeespur, Pargana- Pashchimrath, tehsil Bikapur, District- Ayodhya, as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition." 3. We have gone through the representation of the petitioner made to the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Bikapur, Ayodhya and Tehsildar, Bikapur, Ayodhya. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bikapur, Ayodhya to conduct an enquiry and then pass reasoned and speaking orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2025 within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
