Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Order On Board Digitally signed by AJINKYA PANSARE Date: 2025.08.30 10:28:26 +0530 2 29-08-2025 1) By way of this petition, petitioner has sought following reliefs:- 10.1 यह कि उत्तरवा दीगण किदीशित किय जा वा कि वा य शि आवादीपत्र परिरशिष्ट प-02 कियमा सा र घ्र गणदीष आधा र पर किर रण र#। 10.2 यह कि उत्तरवा दीगण किदीशित किय जा वा कि वा य शि परक्षि&त उप दी एवा( सा(धिधात प# * अं(तर र शि दिदी- 01.06.2017 सा अंब त भुगत अंकिवालम्ब र#। 10.3 यह कि, अंन्य अंतष जा मा य न्य य लय उशित सामाझे उत्तरवा दीगण सा य शि त 4 दिदील य जा वा#। 2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner who was working on the post of Accountant under respondent No. 3 stood retired from services w.e.f. 31.05.2017. He further submits that benefits of 7th Pay Commission which was implemented on 01.01.2016 have not been extended to the petitioner and pension has also not been revised accordingly. He contends that difference of salary from 01.01.2016 till 31.05.2017 has also not been paid yet. He prays for appropriate direction to respondent authorities in this regard. 3) On the other hand, learned State counsel on instruction submits that difference amount of arrears of 7th Pay Commission has already been paid to petitioner. He further submits that with regard to claim of petitioner for revision of pension, the matter has been referred to the O/o Accountant General, State of Chhattisgarh and necessary steps will be taken by the said office. 4) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents 3 placed on record. 5) Taking into consideration the fact that arrears of salary from 01.01.2016 till 31.05.2017 has already been paid to petitioner and the matter with regard to revision of pension has been referred to the appropriate authority, therefore this petition is hereby being disposed of reserving liberty in favor of petitioner to make a representation before respondent No. 6 within period of 30 days from today and the authority concerned is directed to decide such representation, if so moved by petitioner within further period of 90 days. 6) With the aforesaid direction(s), this petition stands disposed of.
