This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer: "i) Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Opposite Party No. 2 (District Magistrate, Ayodhya) to decide the representation dated 30.08.2024 for the accidental claim under the "Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna" within a stipulated time granted by this Hon'ble Court. As Contained in Annexure no. 1 to this Petition." 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that by an order dated 27.09.2025, application of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that the same has been made beyond a period of 75 days as prescribed in the scheme. 4. We are of the view that this order cannot stand as there are a catena of judgements of this Court, wherein the period of 75 days has been held to be not mandatory in nature and may be condoned in certain circumstances. 5. Keeping in the view the same in mind, we quash and set aside the order dated 27.09.2025 and direct the authorities to grant opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass reasoned order in accordance with Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ganga Prasad Mishra, Abhinav Mishra, Gaurav Chandra Kashyap Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Radha .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue Civil Sectt. Lko. And Another .....Respondent(s) law. The entire process should be completed within eight weeks from the date. 6.
