06/05.02.2025: The petitioner is a Computer Operator.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that though his emoluments have been enhanced by 20% vide Resolution dated 05.03.2019 (Annexure-5 to this writ petition), yet he has not been paid the benefit of the said enhancement, though the other similarly situated Computer Operators in different Districts are receiving the said benefit.
3. Mr. Manish Kumar, learned counsel representing the respondent-JEPC, submits that the petitioner is entitled for the said enhancement, subject to verification of his documents.
4. Considering the submission of learned counsel Mr. Manish Kumar, I direct the petitioner to approach the Director, JEPC, with his claim. The Director, JEPC, will consider the case of the petitioner in terms of the Resolutions of the Government and JEPC issued from time to time and if it is found that the other similarly situated person working under the umbrella of JEPC has got the benefit of revision, the same should also be extended to the petitioner.
5. The entire process should be concluded within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
