HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 12642 of 2025 Court No. - 12 HON'BLE PANKAJ BHATIA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.65 of 2025, under Sections 70(2), 137(2) of BNS and Section 5(g)/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Drgah Sharif, District Bahraich. 3. It is argued by the Counsel for the applicant that on the same allegation, the co-accused Ram Niwas has been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 15.09.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.8654 of 2025. 4. Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the bail prayer. 5. Considering the fact that the allegations against the applicant to be similar to the co-accused, who has been enlarged on bail and the fact that the applicant has no criminal antecedents and is languishing in jail since 04.08.2025, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail on the ground of parity. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. 6.
