Heard Shri Anoop Kumar Upadhyay, learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. bearing FIR No.0836 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 333, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109 and 61 (2) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instruction dated 21.11.2025 received from Sub-Inspector Amarnath, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, district Gonda, submits that charge-sheet No. 01 of 2025 dated 25.03.2025 has been filed in the Court of A.D.J.-III/N.I.A., Lucknow, therefore, this petition has lost its efficacy. The said instruction dated 21.11.2025 is taken on record. 5. At this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petition furthermore and the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. To which there is no objection by learned AGA. 6. In view of above, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
