The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash Crime No. 544 of 2021 (alongwith subsequent proceeding if any) registered by Police Thana – Bhilai Nagar, District Durg (C.G.) qua the petitioner for the alleged offences under Section 342, 384, 386 of the IPC in the interest of justice. 2. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be grant any other relief which may suitable for petitioner in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Mr. Pushkar Sinha, learned counsel holding the brief of Mr. Akhand Pratap Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has already been acquitted by the learned trial Court, therefore, the present petition has rendered infructuous. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition stands dismissed as infructuous. 3 4.
