The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the notice/order passed by the 5th respondent notice, vide notice dated Rc.A/09/2024, signed on 16.05.2025, wherein the petitioner is required to vacate the property and hand over the same to respondent No.8. 2. It is further submitted that respondent No.8 is the mother of the petitioner, and civil suits are pending between the petitioner and the 8th respondent. However, unmindful of the same, the impugned proceedings have been issued. 3. Be that as it may, it is submitted that the matters are pending adjudication before the District Collector. This Court finds no grounds to interfere. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
