Hoque, learned counsel for the applicant / writ petitioner, who by means of this application has prayed for impleadment of the Commissioner of Taxes, Assam, as the respondent no. 4 in the connected writ petition. It is submitted that the subject matter involved would require the presence of the said incumbent for a fair and complete adjudication. Also heard Shri M. Bhuyan, learned counsel appearing for the PWD. Upon consideration of the subject matter and after hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the instant I.A. is allowed by permitting the impleadment of the said incumbent as the respondent no. 4. The learned counsel for the applicant is required to file an amended cause- title in the connected writ petition within a period of one week. As Shri M.
