Learned Standing counsel on the basis of instructions received from the respondent has submitted that the representation of the applicant has been decided vide order dated 18.09.2025 in compliance of the judgment and order dated 25.03.2025 passed by the writ Court. Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order passed by the writ court has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.
