Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for the opposite parties. 2. Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to authority concerned to decide petitioner's representation for transfer from Bhadohi to Ghazipur in terms of the Government Order dated 06.05.2025 in view of the fact that petitioner is due to superannuate in nine months as also more than 40% disability of petitioner and critical illness of his wife. 3. It has been submitted that opposite party No.2 has already recommended the case of petitioner for consideration of opposite party No.1, but decision is yet to be taken by opposite party No.1. 4. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director (Administration), Medical & Health Services, Swasthya Bhawan, Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same, in light of the recommendations of opposite party No.1 with regard to petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
