By way of this MCC, the applicant has prayed for following prayer:- “It is therefore prayed to this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and modify the order dated 11.03.2025 mentioning in the order sheet as Vandana Datta D/o Late Shri B.N. Datta, aged about 52 years, through the legal guardian Sapan Kumar Datta, R/o New Shanti nagar Street No. 1-C Behind Lavanya beauty Parlour Police Station Civil Line District Raipur (C.G.), in the interest of justice. ” 2. Learned counsel for the applicant respectfully submits that he has preferred the present application seeking modification in the cause title of the case. It is contended that due to an inadvertent and bona fide clerical error, the name of the district has been incorrectly mentioned as “District – Durg” in the cause title, 3 whereas the correct name ought to have been “District – Raipur.” He, therefore, prays that the necessary correction be carried out in the cause title so as to reflect the accurate particulars 3. No objection has been raised from other side to the modification sought for. 4. The Registry is hereby directed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause title by substituting the name of “District– Durg” with “District–Raipur” after the name of the petitioner. The said correction shall form an integral part of, and be read conjointly with, this Court’s order dated 11.03.2025. 5. Accordingly, the MCC is allowed.
