Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State; and perused the records. 2. Present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in FIR No.325 of 2017, under Sections 323/376/392/506 IPC & Section 66A of IT Act, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Barabanki. 3. The applicant was granted interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 10.03.2025. There is no material to suggest that the applicant has misused the said liberty. It is informed that charge-sheet has been filed. 4. Learned AGA opposes the bail application. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the interim anticipatory bail granted vide order dated 10.03.2025 is confirmed and the applicant namely Ankit Verma is granted anticipatory bail till conclusion of trial with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Prabhu Ranjan Tripathi, Mrs. Sanju Tripathi Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. (d) The applicant shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court. 6. The applicant need not to furnish fresh bail bond and sureties and the same submitted in terms of the order 10.03.2025 shall be valid. 7. The anticipatory bail application is allowed in above terms.
