Taking note of the remedy available under U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 (in short 'Act of 1986') including Section(s) 15, 16 and 18 of the Act, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition at this stage. Accordingly, it is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available under law.
