Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent No.2 should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners. 4. Accordingly, the respondent No.2/ District Magistrate, Ayodhya is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid representation of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 5.
