Instant criminal writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents-authorities to change the investigating officer and to ensure a fair and transparent investigation into the First Information Report bearing Crime No. 00375 of 2024 dated 21.09.2024 registered at Police Station- Huzurpur District- Bahraich, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the writ petition. 4. Learned AGA on the basis of averments contained in paragraph 12 of the counter affidavit states that the charge sheet dated 04.02.2025 has been filed before the concerned Court on 24.03.2025. 5. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the respondents-authorities have proceeded in the matter. As such, nothing further survive in the matter.
