Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondent no.1, Sri Dwijendra Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 & 3 and perused the material on record. Instant petition has been filed with following main prayers:- "I. Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to the opposite parties specifically to the opposite party no 3, Unit Head [M] I.T.I. Ltd. Mankapur Distt. Gonda to forthwith make Payment Of interest on the amount paid to petitioner towards Paym ent of Privileged Leave Encashment amounting Rs. 07,63, 345 and 54 paise from the date of retirement date 31.01.2017. till the date of actual payment of the said Amount i.e. date 19.07.2022." Learned counsel for the petitioner, after argument at length, submits that interest on privilege leave encashment of five years have not been paid to the petitioner, as such, interest of justice would be subserved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to give liberty to the petitioner to move fresh representation while raising his claim before the respondent no.3 and the respondent no.3 may be directed to consider and decide the same within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the submission aforesaid.
