In this petition, right from the date of its filing, the same has only been adjourned from time to time. 2. On 14.12.2025, the coordinate Bench has passed the following order :- “When the matter is called out, learned advocate for the applicants is not present. In the interest of justice, matter is adjourned to 25.03.2025.” 3. On 11.6.2025, this Court has passed the following order:- “When the matter was called out, learned advocate for the applicant was not present. Considering the fact that althroughout, learned advocate appearing for the applicant has chosen to remain absent, it seems that the parties have lost interest in proceeding with the matter. Hence, there is no point in rotating this matter by adjourning it again and again. Hence, the present petition is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the applicant to file fresh petition as and when the cause arises. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter. (NIRZAR S.
