Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned state counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayers:- " (I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature MANDAMUS commanding the opposite parties to provide ACP extending the benefit of the order dated 22/04/2024 passed in Writ A No. 1367 of 2022, Deependra Prakash Tiwari Versus State of U.P. and others, as contained as Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition. (II) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the opposite parties to correct fixation of salary and thereafter correct fixation/computation of his pension after providing the ACP along with 18% interest as his services has been treated regular since 5 June, 1986. (III) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to pay the compensation to the petitioners for his mental and physical torture by the opposite parties." 3. Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No. 3 i.e. District Magistrate Amethi. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided, in the light of judgment indicated herein above in case same is applicable, within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
